Planning & Zoning
It is the mission of the City of Oxford's Planning Department to help ensure the health, safety, and general welfare of the public, and protect the environment relating to zoning by providing fair, consistent, and timely enforcement of local codes and ordinances through service, education, and coordination with other agencies.

The Development Process has been developed to help landowners, architects, engineers, developers and other interested parties understand all phases of the development review process in the corporate limits and extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Oxford.
