Hix Recreation Park
Hix Park is located at 313 E. Spring Street, Oxford, NC.
The Hix Complex features the following amenities:
- Multi-Use Field - lighted. Fields opened to the public from dawn to dusk except when in use for scheduled programming.
- Gymnasium - one(1) regulation basketball/volleyball court with bleachers. Rentals permitted. Seating for 400.
- Multipurpose Room
- Tennis Courts - two (2) lighted regulation courts.
- Basketball Court - Outdoor basketball court
- Skate Park - Small skate park adjacent to the basketball court
- Playground - Children's playground and shelter. Reservations for small groups (less than 30) and school groups available. A small fee applies for shelter rental.
- Dog Park - A fenced-in area where pets and pet owners can enjoy some quality time together!
- Public Restroom - located in the playground area.
