Fitness Programs

These programs get you up and moving towards being a new and improved healthier individual.  Some programs are year round while others are based on set time periods.  Keep checking our upcoming programs for more details of each program.

Walking inside of Hix gym is available Monday-Fridays starting at 5:30 am.
Walking 2 laps around the perimeter of the Hix Complex and City Hall block equals 1 mile.  There are benches conveniently placed around the block for resting.
