Human Resources in the City of Oxford is a "customer service" department designed to assist ALL employees with matters involving any aspect of employee/employer relations and administration of employee benefits.
It is responsible for ensuring and policing fairness, consistency and integrity with regards to the City's policies and practices as they pertain to employment law and regulations.
