Williamsboro Development Site – The City of Oxford has optioned a 15 acre tract of land across from Revlon on Williamsboro Road. While around 9 acres of the property will be used for a stormwater control project, almost 6 acres will be available for development. Two tracts, a Williamsboro Road tract of 1.4 acres directly across from Revlon and a 4.5 acre tract in front of Dill Air Controls will be available for potential development upon the completion of planning efforts for the stormwater project.
