The City of Oxford has demonstrated a strong commitment to upholding the North Carolina's public records laws, which includes but are not limited to North Carolina General Statues chapters 132 and 160A-168. We are focused on ensuring an open, timely, accurate and complete exchange of public information with our citizens, and this commitment is a part of our Mission, Vision and Values statement.
To keep the public informed of business being conducted by the Oxford Board of Commissioners, you will find posted on the Meeting and Events calendar (accessible on the right side of this page) all regularly scheduled meetings, special called meetings, and committee meetings. You will also find scheduled meetings for the Planning Board, Zoning Board, Historic Preservation Commission, and other Boards and Commissions as needed. We also provide a link to meeting agendas and minutes for the City Board, the Planning Board and the Zoning Board.
