City of Oxford - Code of Ordinances
The City provides access to the City of Oxford Code of Ordinances as maintained by American Legal Publishing, a private online service under contract with the City of Oxford and is not intended to serve as the official City Code for the City of Oxford but does contain additions and amendments from the most recent annual update through June.

The Zoning Code of Ordinance is a guide for development standards within the City of Oxford and Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). The Historic Preservation Ordinance is separated for your convenience. It contains the City's regulations for buildings and homes in the Historic Preservation District.
