As an Equal Opportunity Employer, the Human Resources Department is responsible for administering and ensuring policy fairness, consistency, and integrity with regards to the City's policies and practices as they relate to employment law and regulations. The department oversees the City's insurance, loss prevention, and safety programs as well as develops, interprets, and administers personnel programs.
